Our Story

IT ALL BEGAN WITH TEA…

I’ve always had a deep love for tea, not just for the drink itself, but for the moments it creates. Tea was something I bonded over with my aunts; it was sentimental, familiar, and deeply comforting. We would go out every week to drink desi chai together, small routines that quietly became cherished memories.

When it came to my aunt’s wedding, creating personalised tea cups felt instinctive. It was a way to honour those moments, our bond, and the role tea had played in bringing us together. What started as a meaningful detail for her celebrations quickly became something much more. Seeing how a simple tea cup could hold sentiment, culture, and memory sparked the idea for Noura Prints.

From those first designs, the brand naturally evolved into bespoke wedding stationery and event pieces, each one designed to feel personal, considered, and rooted in tradition while still feeling modern.

Today, Noura Prints continues to create designs that celebrate love, family, and cultural storytelling, always with the same care and intention as that very first cup of tea.

T&C’s

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Noura Prints (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products sold by Noura Prints are made to order. Many items are bespoke and/or personalised to the customer’s specifications.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the right to cancellation.

Accordingly, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (including names, dates, spellings, quantities, and wording) are accurate at the time of ordering.

Noura Prints shall not be held liable for errors where incorrect information has been supplied by the customer.

Where artwork approval is required, production will commence only after approval has been given.

Once artwork has been approved:

No changes, amendments, or cancellations will be accepted.
Noura Prints accepts no liability for errors present in approved artwork.

Our current production lead time is 3–4 weeks, commencing from final design approval.

Lead times are estimates only and are subject to change during peak periods. Express or upgraded shipping options do not reduce production times.

Shipping times are additional to production lead times and vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, Noura Prints is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Noura Prints within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic & videographic evidence.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being refused.

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and printing processes, slight variations in colour and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the printing and handmade process and do not constitute a fault.

All designs, illustrations, artwork, and content produced by Noura Prints remain the intellectual property of Noura Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noura Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

FAQs

As all Noura Prints products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all personalisation details, quantities, and spellings are correct before completing your purchase. Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs & videos, and we will be happy to assist.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

In the UK.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

All Noura Prints products are made to order.

Our current lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, starting from design approval. This timeframe allows for design, printing, and careful preparation of your order.

Once dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. You will recieve a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure you order in advance, especially for weddings and events, as we are unable to guarantee delivery for last minute requests.
